DIY Allergy Tincture RESULTS

When I shared our results for DIY Chamomile Tincture I promised that I'd share about several other tinctures we have tried.  So far so good!!!
Do you make your own herbal "medicine" ?
We made the DIY Allergy Tincture for my husband.  He takes a daily allergy pill and an occasional OTC for instant relief.  We're really trying to cut down on his reliance on meds.

The "Allergy" herb mixture Contains: organic Nettle leaf, organic Fennel seed, organic Lemongrass, organic Spearmint leaf, organic Eyebright, organic Calendula flowers, organic Peppermint leaf, organic Red Clover herb and blossoms, organic Lavender flowers, organic Blue Vervain, and organic Stevia leaf.

This herb mixture can also be brewed to make tea!
Also available at Mary's Heirloom Seeds.

Allergy Tincture "brewing" for 6 weeks
Overall, my husband has noticed a difference using the Allergy tincture.  As with the Chamomile...considering the additional stress we have been under it is hard to tell what's what at the moment.
With increased emotional and physical stress his allergies and asthma normally go CRAZY.  Since using the Allergy Tincture this has not happened.

Each day he take 1 teaspoon in the morning and  1 teaspoon at night.  It's easy to take with just an ounce or 2 of water.  He normally just mixes all of the tinctures in one.
At the moment he uses Allergy, Chamomile and Cayenne tinctures.
These are specific for his "complaints" and do not interfere with anything else he is taking.

If you are interested in purchasing "Kits" to make your own tinctures we have MOVED them from Mary's Basics to

When I was reading about detoxing the lymph nodes, one thing I read was that blocked lymph nodes can cause allergies. I have my husband rebounding when he is not working he like your husband has asthma and allergies, we'll see what happens. Should throw in the tincture also.
