It is absolutely amazing to plant a tiny seeds, feed it and watch it grow. From that tiny seeds we harvest delicious heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and other culinary herbs. Last year I had an opportunity to volunteer and donate to a local elementary school. It was life-changing to see the looks on the children's faces as I explained how a seed grows.
