ReplyDeleteMy favorite veggie to grow right now is beets! My beets produced so much this spring, with much better quality than store bought beets and bonus yummy greens! I have candystripes and golden beets this time.

ReplyDeleteZucchini! And greens...all greens...but especially Swiss chard. You gotta love Swiss chard. It gives a whole new meaning to ordinary food like soup and pizza.
