Espresso Bark
Ready in: 25 mins.
Servings: 12
Ingredients
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon margarine
3/4 cup whole coffee beans
1/4 cup chopped white chocolate
Directions
1. Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
2. Combine the chocolate chips and margarine in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Mix in the coffee beans until evenly distributed.
That sounds really good because I LOVE coffee and chocolate, but not sure if my teeth would like crunching on the coffee beans.

ReplyDeleteI forgot to add...If you don't like the thought of crunching on beans, you could probably add instant coffee or instant espresso.
