People always told me that breakfast was the most important meal of the day...They were right. Studies show that eating breakfast in the morning boosts metabolism and will help you maintain a healthy body weight.
Today is Day 2 after my detox/cleanse. I started the day with a bottle of water and stretching. For breakfast I had oatmeal with raisins and another bottle of water...I almost forgot to take my vitamins.
